Overview: There are varied types of people in the world. Some are blessed with ‘extra something’ that provides them an opportunity to take on the world. Still, there are some who possess the talent, but fail to give a proper shape due to lack of means and bad fate. The people with disability fall under the aforesaid category. As a result, they become so engrossed in dealing with tough challenges that they do not get an opportunity to stand on their feet. There are a number of people with disability who are unemployed, but they possess the talent to prove their abilities. The Webcast explores the calibration of the Americans with Disability Act's (ADA’s) impact on the employment prospects of qualified persons covered by ADA. The session examines the impact of the employment provisions contained in the ADA.
