Overview: As human beings, we constantly exude signs and subtle examples of body language at a subconscious level. The problem is that while some gestures are good, others are bad and portray us in a bad light. By knowing good and bad gestures, human being aim to avoid the bad ones and adopt positive one. Gestures are the same irrespective of gender, so in reading a man's body language, you are likely to witness same basic gestures a women would exhibit when expressing the same emotions.
