Overview: A number of court cases have confirmed that businesses can help protect themselves from liabilities and damages from employee lawsuits by providing clear, written policies, addressing the rights and responsibilities of their employees. We have seen a dramatic increase in employment-related litigation involving our clients, much of which could have been prevented.
