Overview: SGS Industrial Services carried out the Construction Supervision of an 8-story office building in Prague, Czech Republic. The new Office Building Linzia "A" is situated in Prague on Evropska Street, in an attractive location close to a natural preserve called Divoka Sarka. The location provides a good accessibility to the city center, to the airport to the highway. The design of the building is based on a 'wave' shape, complemented by a steel glazed façade. The construction of the office building took a little bit more than a year and was completed by 2008. The total project cost of 20 million Euros was funded by private equities and bank loans.
