Overview: The average person experiences new careers seven times in their life. For some people the number is even higher. Why do so many individuals change careers? Well, the reasons are many, but the most common include being disgruntled on the job, not being satisfied with the job, having issues with management or co workers, or simply needing a change. Many times personal reasons dominate the reason why an individual is leaving their job. And when leaving your current career to engage in a new one, it is important that you do it the right way.
