Overview: Initial planning should go over the imaginative and educational aspects of the team building event. Clear purpose should be emphasised and instructions should be clear so that the whole team will understand what is expected of them. Any challenges or role playing exercises should be analysed to make sure that they fit the occasion and have practical value. While professionalism can't be displaced, remember to also make the exercises fun. Even a workshop activity or a staff discussion should be entertaining to the team and feature some colorful and happy commentary.
