Overview: Organizational Behavior is helpful to managers because it allows them to analyze their employees and how they interact within there departments/organizations. If we look at an organization like an organism it lives and breaths. If we do not put forth a clear vision (Goals) for our body (Groups/Employees) then we can become clumsy and confused. The organizational vision must be continually not only reinforced, but also it must be reviewed and updated as the organization learns from its own experiences. The study of organizations is a broad and diverse subject covering everything from corporate Governance, Ethics, Corporate Culture, Human Resources and the Analysis of Labor.
