Overview: Value investing is an emerging concept in financial valuation domain. There are two different schools of thought that define the same. The conventional definition says that a value investor is one who invests in low-price book value or low-price earnings ratios stocks. While the generic view showcases that a value investor is one that pays a price, which is less than the value of the assets in place of a firm.
