Overview: When you go in for an interview you can most likely expect to be interviewed more than once before you are hired. Employers like to interview applicants at different times and with different approaches so they will get to see the real person behind the name. Those who get called back are ones who have made a good impression the first time and the employer wishes to find out more about him or her. You are called for an interview and you have between twenty and thirty minutes to make a pretty good impression on the employer. This first interview will screen you, or sift you through the dozens if not hundreds of applicants who have applied for the same position.
