Overview: They say you never get a second chance to make a first impression. This is so very true. It's been noted that some employers will make a decision about whether or not they are going to hire you in the first 15 to 20 seconds. Once they have their mind made up it becomes very difficult to sway them from the course they have chosen and that is rejecting you as an applicant. That's why you want to give a good first impression and then everything after should reinforce that image.
