Overview: As a parent there are many milestones in your child's life that you look forward to. Some of them are their first step, their first word, graduations from high school and college, and getting married just to name a few. Of course there are some that you fear such as when they get their driver's license and start driving on their own. You child getting their first job sort of falls in between those. As a parent you are proud of them going out and joining the work force, but then again you are worried that they might not be completely prepared for what they will experience.
