Overview: Two types of risks can engulf an organization viz. internal and external risk. Researches indicate that companies can control both internal and external risks. One can have control over external risk by taking the necessary action against them. However, the internal risk could be the result of extreme stress faced by employees at work. Hence, organizations must devise de-stress techniques to unburden the stress from the shoulders of employees. In addition, an organization should implement stress management to minimize the risk of losing valuable employees. Thus, companies should try to implement risk management at both internal and external level. The paper examines the concept of stress management.
