Overview: Most organizations are known by the ‘pay package’ provided to the employees. However, very few companies are known both by the ‘pay packages’ and by the rewards given to the employees. An employee does so much for a company, working until late hours, devoting time to someone else’s task, and still remains unnoticed. It is the duty of an organization to duly reward the capable employees, which not only boosts the morale of the employees, but also encourages healthy competition within the organization.
