Overview: From the executive summary: 'Employees with strong achievement needs do not guarantee an achieving organization. The people must be supported by a human resource infrastructure that links individual achievement needs to the goals of the organization. The Participation, Achievement, and Reward (PAR) project is concerned with the creation of an infrastructure that helps in continuous improvement of the work, thus, leading to increased profitability.
