Overview: Many people have lost their jobs and believe that they shouldn't have been terminated. There are a lot of reasons why employees are dismissed and why employers have dismissed them. One of the main reasons an employee would file a wrongful termination claim is to make it legally and publicly known what the unethical practices of a specific company are. And this would be done for the purpose of preventing others from enduring the same hardship. The second reason would be to allow the employee to regain from the employer the monies that they believe they are entitled to, but were otherwise denied by the employer.
