Overview: Bringing the 3G future into sharp focus requires wireless operators to deliver content that customers want and are willing to pay for. To fulfill this goal, operators must work effectively with content owners and developers. There are two suggestions for developing this relationship. First, agree on industry-wide standards that ease the content development and deployment headaches. Second, encourage content partners to share their capabilities by offering them a slice of the revenue their content generates.
