Overview: You obviously are able to perceive what the interviewer's needs are and to pick up on them in your answers. You are absolutely correct in saying that you need to have the interviewer like you. It is the single most important requirement in getting a job offer. For any job there are several candidates, all of whom appear to be approximately equal in terms of background and qualifications to the prospective employer. So how does he or she choose the winner? All other things being equal, the job usually goes to the person the employer likes the best.
