Overview: Sales presentation is an effective method to communicate the sales pitch and point of view of the seller to the buyer. Prior planning is imperative for the success of a sales presentation. One of the most important aspects of a sales presentation is the resistance from the customer that the seller has to put up with. Usually this resistance arises due to the issue of price of the product on sale. In such a scenario, there are several ways to re-focus the customer’s attention on the product benefits that warrant the high price of the product. This helps the customer in overcoming his/her resistance. The audio clip addresses this issue.
