Overview: Management by Objectives (MBO) is a strategy wherein the management sets specific goals for the employees to accomplish within a fixed time period. Regular feedback is taken on the work progress in the aforesaid time period. MBO operationalizes the process of consolidating objective centric work atmosphere in the organization.
