Overview: Management accounting is a branch of financial management that deals in reporting and analysis of financial transactions effected by an organization. Management Accounting and Control Systems (MACS) automate the accounting process and help detect and fix the bugs present in the same. It is imperative to motivate the employee as per the requirements of the organization to obtain a fit between employee output and the overall corporate strategy. For this purpose, the organization’s ethical code of conduct is embedded into MACS design. The paper examines these issues and discusses Human Resource Model of Motivation.
