Overview: Leadership is the process of influencing others towards the attainment of certain pre-defined goals. Leadership style refers to the methodology adopted by the leader to carry out the roles and responsibilities of the leadership process. According to the trait approach to leadership, the leadership style is affected and influenced by the individual characteristics and traits of the leader.
