Overview: Organizational Structure (OS) is the framework that defines the formal system of task and reporting relationships between employees at different positions in an organization. These relationships control, coordinate, and motivate the employees towards attainment of long term organizational goals. Organizational Culture (OC) is the informal set of values and norms that governs the behavior of employees of the organization. The OS framework together with its OC drives the organization forward. The paper examines different types of OC.
