Overview: Business ethics consists of a set of moral principles and values that govern the behavior of the organization with respect to what is right and what is wrong. It provides a framework on which the organization could be legally governed. It is the inherent driving force behind successful operationalization of ethical management program in the organization. The paper examines basic principles of ethics and identifies ethical tenets of hospitality management profession.
