Overview: In today’s boundary less business world, the design, development, manufacturing and marketing activities of organizations have been scattered across remote locations. These locations might be in different cities, states or countries. This has seen the rise of the multi-location-operating representative responsible for the coordination between these far-flung sites. To motivate such representatives simultaneously, a commission program is envisaged. Such program entails splitting commissions across multiple territories. The paper dicusses these issues.
