Overview: The highlight of this presentation is global business. It is defined as the buying and selling of goods and services by people from different countries. One of the biggest advantages is that it is a method of investment in which a company builds a new business or buys an existing business in a foreign country. However, there are some rules and agreement for doing a global business. It discusses how to go globally. There are various forms of globalization. Some of these are exporting, franchise, joint venture. Hence, it becomes easier for the expatriate to adapt to new culture while going globally by adopting some of the methods mentioned in the presentation.
