Overview: The focus of this presentation lies on Organization Effectiveness. Effectiveness is defined as degree to which an organization realizes its goals. Some of the traditional approaches, which have been adopted include: goal approach, system resource approach, and internal process approach. In addition, some of the ways of achieving the organization effectiveness are strategic orientation, top management, organization design, and corporate culture. The organization can achieve the effectiveness by adopting these strategies.
