Overview: This presentation provides an overview of Organization Structure. Organizing is defined as arranging the activities of the enterprise in such a way that they systematically contribute to the enterprise’s goals. One of the effective ways of structuring the organization is through matrix management. There are three conditions for matrix structure, which are technical quality and new products, complex external environment, and need to efficiently use internal resources In this, the components are line organization and line & staff organization. Besides this, the functional structure ahs also has been defined along its advantages as well as disadvantages.
