Overview: This article discusses how to conduct a SWOT of any organization. When doing SWOT Analysis, one should remember that the S and the W are internal and the O and T are external. It consists of a matrix indicating all the factors of SWOT. To do SWOT one of the effective ways is brainstorming. This is to generate a large quantity of ideas in response to a stated problem or question. Thus, this concept helps in evaluating the organization on some factors and taking remedial actions.
