Overview: Developing effective nonprofit business collaborations is a demanding task but quite achievable. It is useful both for organizations with limited alliance experience and for organizations, that have established alliances. The focused areas of this process are building good understanding and relationship between nonprofits and business, Identifying assets and capabilities the non-profits might provide in alliances.
