Overview: Reseller financing choices offered by commercial banks, suppliers, and finance companies are abundant in the technology industry. The lender can provide company with capital to meet growth and operational requirements, and keep business profitable. It has been seen that all lending organizations have a set of criteria that must be met before they establish a credit line for the company. The requirements vary depending on the terms requested, size of the loan, period, and available collateral. The article discusses some of the Financing Programs, which can be considered for adopting. These are Inventory financing, extended repayment, working capital financing, export financing and many others. Thus, the majority of resellers believe lenders will terminate the financing agreement at the first sign of trouble. However, this is usually not the case. Lenders end financing agreements when the borrower hides a problem until it is too late.
