Overview: On May 1, 2003, New Jersey Governor James McGreevey signed into law Assembly Bill No. A-75, an anti-predatory lending law officially known as the "New Jersey Home Ownership Security Act of 2002". Many provisions in the law apply to all home lenders, so even if you have no involvement with non-prime lending, please read on!
