Overview: This webcast talks about how to make the sale in the marketplace by knowing what is going on when one gets there, when he is in the middle of it, and when they leave. It is discussed how to have the maximum opportunity to be successful. The reason behind every happening has to be understood in order to be successful. With the continuous learning process about the market the knowledge is honed. The control over the sales-call must be made because the continuous battle between the customer and salespeople is on. In that case there is always a meeting between a prospective seller and buyer. The salespeople must be answerable to the queries of the customers. So the relevance of sales-training comes. The sales person has to be inwardly-focused while meeting the prospects.
