Overview: The article discusses different sections of a business plan. The introduction section of the business plan will set the stage and tone for the reader. Article focuses on few points that should be present in every business plan to make it a success. It includes an attention-getting cover page, consider using the company logo and/or a picture of the product or service in action, the table of contents should be organized and easy to follow. Pay special attention to the Executive Summary since many readers will go to it first and may never go beyond it. A business is only as strong as the people who breathe life into it. The management team and staff can be the difference between a successful business and one that fails. Therefore, it is important to include a section in the business plan that outlines the skills that the team members possess and how these skills will help bring the product or service to market.
