Overview: A great team turning out great work is a wonderful thing to behold. It’s even more fun to be part of one. If one keeps working on it with smart business ideas, compassion and concern, he will certainly be there. Entrepreneurial success often comes down to a magic formula of 1) coming up with the right idea at 2) the right time, and 3) with the right team. But if all else is equal, that last piece getting the right team can be the fatal flaw.
