Overview: It has been seen that PR has to be where business is happening. That place is the Internet. But surf the net for an hour or two, and one will see that most businesses simply are not ready for this switch. Many still have no Internet presence whatsoever; but that's their business. Hence, there is a need of good website as, the good website offers much more than the opportunity to speak to different audiences. It offers the opportunity to listen, to communicate, to respond, and to build relationships through interaction. The Internet itself has created its own areas of crisis and acute issues. With almost shocking speed, there has been a global climate change in the public relations industry. Some species of PR professionals will be unable to adapt, and future generations will examine their fossils.
