Overview: The purpose of exhibitor education is to raise the level of professionalism on the exhibition floor, enabling exhibitors to build better relationships with their customers, suppliers and advocates in the marketplace — an interaction that results in higher-quality leads gathered. Common sense indicates that when exhibitors are successful, chances are pretty good they will return to an exhibition. Offering an education program that works is an important way to help guarantee the ongoing success of an exhibition. It is the exhibition management’s responsibility to constantly find ways to help increase exhibitors’ level of success. Based on the results of this survey it is evident that when exhibitor education does take place, the training produces up to a ten percent increase in leads, and an educated exhibitor helps the entire exhibition be successful. It explains about the survey where the role was to examine in depth the role and make up of exhibitor education as conducted by exhibition organizers.
