Overview: As far as Recruitment is concerned, a question, which arises, is that how can employers recruit older adults more effectively? What are the elements of recruitment that are essential to attract this labor market segment? First, it is important to consider what the current work status is for older adults. For this a survey was done. The significance of this survey was that very few older adults are going to be actively seeking employment, and that many older adults may be interested in working, but are not engaging in job search activities. There are many sources for recruiting to older adults, many of which are low cost options. These include newspapers, open houses, television etc. Thus, the increased employment of older workers will not happen automatically; it will take the special recruitment efforts outlined here to effectively reach out and attract this group.
