Overview: The article talks about the flexible work programs. It explains the need of the flexible working timing for the families where parents are working and discusses the policy on flexi- timing, how the process of calculation is done by supervisor. Supervisors frequently make the mistake of cutting "secret side deals" with individual workers who request special arrangements for flexible hours, compressed workweeks, or telecommuting.
