Overview: The quicker a strategic plan is developed, usually the simpler and easier it will be to execute. Mass involvement is not needed in the initial phases. It slows down the progress. The best strategic plan tends to be simple and focused. Most, however, simply gather dust because they are overly complex and theoretical. When developing the plan some major points should be kept in mind like: it should be quick to complete; it must be designed to achieve tangible/measurable targets.
