Overview: In the simplest of terms, TQM methodology is to take work requirements (inputs), put them through an internal process that measures defect rates and cycle time, and produce an output that is of value to our client. The process is ever changing with innovation and continuous improvement. The objective is to make the process better by focusing not only on the process itself, but also on the people and their attitudes. We also focus on the strategic objectives of our client.
