Overview: Vuteq Corporation is a North American automobile component manufacturer and supplier with locations in Canada, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and California. The challenge was to change their quality management system at the same time they expanded their facility to be able to produce the new products. In solutions the Awareness Training was provided to all Associates so they could see the differences between the old and new quality management systems. Training was also provided to the Associates who were affected by the changes to the documentation, especially those who had new requirements. The experienced internal auditors were then trained to the ISO/TS 16949: 2002 requirements so they could begin auditing the new documentation and the processes to the new requirements. Read and know what were the benefits derived by the company.
