Overview: "The final rules implementing Section 403 of Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (""SOX"") states that Section 403 requires passage of SOX, all Section 16 forms (i.e., Forms 3, 4 and 5) must be filed electronically. Section 403 also requires that the Securities and Exchange Commission (""SEC"") provide access to the forms on a publicly accessible Internet site by the end of the business day after filing, and that companies with corporate websites provide access on their websites to the forms filed by their insiders within that same timeframe.
