This model process reference model is designed for effective communication among supply-chain partners. It also describe, measureand evaluate Supply-Chain configurations. Standard SCOR metrics enable measurement and benchmarking of supply-chain performance.Supply-chain configurations may be evaluated to support continuous improvement and strategic planning."
