Overview: This Regulation specifies the rules of issuance, allocation, circulation, registration and repayment of Georgian T-bills issued by the Ministry of Finance (MOF). 1.2. T-bills are issued in the National Currency. They are sold at discount and repaid at face value. Face value of a T-bill is 100 GEL. It also explains about bidding procedures, procedures for the activities of auction committee, registration of transactions on Purchase of T-bills, responsibilities of the parties, amendments to the regulation and terms used in regulations etc.
