Overview: The author of this article explains that this Regulation has been developed in compliance with the "Organic Law of the National Bank of Georgia" and the Law of Georgia on "Activities of Commercial Banks" and defines the rules of calculation, extension and redemption of credits with up to three days maturity (hereinafter - a short-term credit) and backed by securities, to commercial banks. Rules for Granting and determining the amount Interest Rate of Short-term Credit Backed by State Securities, rules for covering a short term credit, requisties of parties etc.
