Overview: This article is about the sales training of managers. It is by given by Richard Fenton and Andrea Walt. The emphasize is on the key observation regarding to sales training. When the business is started, we felt our Run with the Lions retail sales training program would be one of our most sought after. But when working with frontline store and field managers alike, we find they have a distinct need for (and interest in) selling skills training. People were divided into two goups and both the groups requires special training.
