Overview: The EO survey requires information regarding hires, promotions, terminations, and compensation is sent out to approximately 50,000 federal contractor facilities each year. The survey is intended to engage the federal contractor community in the process of self-analysis, i.e., to review their affirmative action programs and remove any vestiges of discrimination, especially in the compensation area.
