Overview: The client, a leading supplier in a subset of the trailer market, saw a need to redefine itself and its products to the marketplace. The client felt "copycat" companies and competitive marketing efforts for similar, cheaper products were eroding its position as an innovator and market. Our final task was to recommend changes needed to reestablish the client's position and help implement those recommendations.
