Overview: As with most Professional Selling courses, our students are required to prepare and conduct a sales presentation at the conclusion of the semester. I have found that many mistakes and mishaps can be avoided if the students have practice presentations before this final presentation. About half-way through the term I assign an in-class sales presentation in which the students sell themselves. This presentation is structured just like a job interview. These mock job interviews require the student to apply many of the practices and procedures discussed in class.
