Overview: EOG Resources, Inc. (EOG) is one of the largest independent (non-integrated) oil and gas companies in the United States.When EOG was started, the HR team had four months to find - and implement - a human resource information system, a payroll system and a time-keeping system, and put a few other things in place before their, then 700, employees moved from the parent company to the newly formed EOG Resources. Employease was already where they needed to be. Employease Network reduced effort to produce reports from 6 hours to 30 minutes. There were also promises about future enhancements to an already existing and fully functioning product. Those promises were kept and now EOG looks forward to expanding their use of the Employease Network even further.
